No Guarantee of Recovery
While we work to identify and help recover surplus funds on your behalf, we cannot guarantee that any specific amount will be recovered, or that funds will be recovered at all. Recovery depends on factors outside our control, including county and court processes, competing claims, and applicable deadlines.
You May File Independently
You are never required to use our services to claim surplus funds you may be owed. You are free to contact the relevant county or court directly and file a claim yourself at no cost.
Fees
Our fee, if any, is contingent on the successful recovery of funds and will be disclosed to you in writing, in a signed agreement, before any work begins on your behalf. If no funds are recovered, no fee is owed.
Right to Cancel
You may cancel your agreement with us within the period stated in your signed Recovery Services Agreement, without penalty.
